These demos are believed to have been recorded before the "Figure 8" album, with some of them recorded at
Abbey Road Studios in London. Place Pigalle is a plaza in Paris and "Place Pigalle" is thought to be the original working name
for the "Figure 8" album.
The Place Pigalle demos replace the previous Figure 8 Demos that were hosted on this website, as these are better quality versions.
The song "Place Pigalle" was not included in the Place Pigalle demos set, but is included on this page as it is thought
to have been recorded around the same time as these demos.
